Corporate & Investment Bank - Payments Implementation Manager

The Implementation team manages new cash management business within agreed timeframes, utilizing a proven methodology to accelerate revenue growth. The team provides accurate and timely updates on implementation statuses and promptly escalate any issues that may jeopardize the target date. 

As a Payments - Implementations Associate within the Treasury Services team, you will work closely with the In-Country Implementations Team, Operations, and other internal partners to ensure successful project delivery and an excellent client experience. Managing multiple deals or projects concurrently, often with competing priorities, resources, and timelines, will be a key part of your role. You will be expected to develop subject matter expertise and use your acquired skills and experience to contribute to the team. Your role will require you to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing to the larger project deal team.

Job Responsibilities: 

Implement Cash Management solutions between established EMEA booking locations, of varying size and complexity Provide assistance to the Sales Team in scoping target solution. Develop project plans as agreed for each deal incorporating the methodology used within the Project Management Team. Provide guidance to the client with respect to the tasks and their role within the plan.  Work with internal and external parties to deliver the solution within specific time frames.  Drive regular client meetings/calls to review the project against the plan.  Update internal tracking reports on a weekly/monthly basis.  Provide support to team colleagues as required.  Attend meetings and training as required to continue development and to enhance knowledge of cash management products, processes and technologies. Through own initiative, or through teams, be a pro-active member of the department, working to reduce implementation cycle time.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Graduate of any business course with minimum five (5) years of customer service experience Demonstrated project management background Amenable to work EMEA core hours (3pm to 12am / 4pm to 1am Manila Time), with ability to adapt to a changing environment including changes or adjustments to work schedule Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational and decision-making skills Strong presentation skills and negotiating skills essential  Aptitude to learn documentation and risk requirements Ability to work on multiple applications while working under minimal supervision Exhibit ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficient in various desktop and internet based applications, including MS Office Tools:  Outlook, Excel and Word
