Description:
The Corporate IT Application Development Internship will support the Corporate Application Development team with
application documentation, onboarding guide creation, and learning guide development for Laravel and React. The intern will
gain hands on experience in documentation, stakeholder analysis, user research, and full-stack development. The 2025
Corporate IT Application Development Internship duration is anticipated to be from June 2025 thru August 2025 or mutually
agreed upon timeframe.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in documenting various aspects of the internal web application, including modules, features, and user
interactions.
• Identify and engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on application usage.
• Analyze user data to understand feature usage and identify key areas for improvement.
• Develop onboarding materials to help new team members get acquainted with the company and its tools.
• Create learning resources for key technologies, providing tutorials and guides for effective use.
• Compile and present reports based on documentation and analysis, offering recommendations for future
development.
• Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements:
• Basic understanding of web development and programming languages.
• Current college or university student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented/strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Additional Details:
• Internship is a paid opportunity.
• Internship typically may be up to 40 hours per work week.
• Internship does not provide housing stipend/allowance.
Location:
• This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Johnston, Iowa.
