About this opportunity:
Ericsson is looking for a diligent and competent Corporate IT Engineer. As a member of 2nd line person has to support and fix all BUSINESS-AS-USUAL related issues in complex enterprise systems, based on handover (training & documentation) from Tech Delivery teams. This would require a very good level of understanding and experience of AD, MS/Linux servers, networking & storage, which would be assumed knowledge. They should understand how we use certain technologies, follow the guidelines & be able to resolve issues quickly or collate precise information for escalation to 3rd line. They should take ownership of issues through to resolution and communicate to the customer.
What you will do:
Capable of working autonomously and as part of a global team.Excellent organizational skills.2 years previous IT Corporate IT and/or Call Centre experience required.Incident Management experience – including managing business expectations and communications.Demonstrable experience in front line technical support.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Basic User & Security Group Active Directory administration.Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10, Windows 11 and Office 365/2016.Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation).Sound Microsoft knowledge preferably MCSE qualified.Understanding of basic Microsoft Exchange functions.Competency with Active Directory management.Capable with navigating basic SharePoint.Excellent understanding of hardware preferably Dell.Working experience with CitrixStructured: The activity is carried out in compliance with the internal rules and procedures of the Company, and the Internal Regulations
