ASSOCIATE – CORPORATE M&A

Our client, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate to join their Corporate M&A practice in Philadelphia.

Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Pennsylvania Bar Admission required. 5+ years of experience in business and transactional law, including M&A, joint ventures, and other complex commercial transactions. Law firm experience with superb writing, drafting, and communication skills. Ambition, drive, and team-orientation to contribute to and help grow a national practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate transactional documents related to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex commercial transactions. Work directly with clients, providing strategic advice and ensuring the successful execution of transactions. Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys in a dynamic and growth-focused environment.
