In this role you will:

Support the Enterprise Leadership Team by working closely with the Corporate FP&A Team to deliver enterprise-level reporting, data analytics and insights for both reported results and forward-looking outlooks, forecast.

Define, acquire, collate and leverage global financial P&L data to deliver both automated and, at times, manual reporting in the form of Corporate Reporting Packages, Monthly Business Review Packages and Quarterly Forecast Packages on a globally consistent, reliable and timely basis.

Support the delivery of reporting solutions that provide monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc enterprise P&L information that is accurate, comparable, insightful and readily transparent up and down the Segment responsibility hierarchy to influence business decisions that drive results. Provide project support, report design, and development across the Corporate FP&A stakeholder teams.

Engage and challenge current processes to incorporate critical thinking and futuristic process redesign to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges. Assess new opportunities to drive simplification, standardization and automation by finding best in class tools to scale or adapt.

Main requirements:

7+ years of relevant business experience in FP&A and/or Management Reporting with demonstrated “people & project“ success.

“Hands on” experience leading and supporting multiple, global projects and change initiatives.

Flexibility and adaptability; Ability to navigate and be comfortable with ambiguity.

Strong organizational, change management and execution skills, along with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication skills – ability to condense information and be concise.

Strong relationship building skills, must build trust.

Fluent in English.
