The Employer Brand Marketing/Recruitment Marketing Team is looking for a data-driven professional who has a passion for developing campaign plans and tactics that leverage both digital and non-digital channels to engage our targeted audiences. This person will be focused on leveraging a few specific tactics of an integrated campaign to reach the ideal audience.

This position requires an understanding of campaign planning, digital channels and the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance. You must be detailed-oriented and committed to executing on multiple assignments on tight deadlines.

This role is individual contributor role without any need for people management responsibilities.

In this role, you'll get to:

Develop and execute a lead generation strategy across channels - like email, digital, paid industry programs, webinars and events. Own the lead management process from lead capture to clean up to follow-up. You will work collaboratively with Recruiting Team and obtain feedback on quality of leads generated from marketing campaigns.Own recruiting event - in-person and virtual. Manage logistics such as venue, timeline, promotional comms and execute in partnership with recruiting team and business units.Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver frequent campaign performance briefs to marketing and recruitment leadershipUse automation and tools to improve processes and productivityPartner closely with manager and recruiting teams to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns across email, web personalization and advertisingExecute on program or campaign with some guidance from a manager.Collaborates across multiple teams and pro-actively seeks out training, development and growth opportunities to become a better marketer.Create specific assets for an program or campaign such as scheduling photo subjects, writing social status updates, gathering content for resources guides, emails or websites.Develop and localize content in Japanese and English
 

Requirements

5-7 years in a marketing demand generation or marketing programs role at a B2B companyExperience implementing lead generation programs and processStrong understanding of the roles we are hiring for, and places where to market towards these personas.In-depth experience using marketing tools like Marketing Cloud, Beamery, Google AnalyticsExcellent program management, communication and negotiation skills with and a great track record of working across multiple teams within an organizationCollaborative team player who is excited to be part of a growing global teamYou are highly analytical and metrics driven. You live for the data and are excited to optimize campaigns using those insightsExperience working with a global teamFlexible self-starter, able to act quickly and take on the challenge of achieving performanceJapanese & English fluencyKnowledge of digital marketing as well as various marketing material production, a plus
