As a Brand & Content team, making sure inspiring stories are told is what we strive to do.What You'll Do:As the Corporate Marketing Project Support, you will support the delivery of multiple digital projects, campaigns and one-off requests for a large, cross-functional marketing and communications team. You’ll be integral to the Design, Content, IMAX and Video teams as the person who ensures every task in managed correctly from submission to delivery. This position requires heavy interaction with stakeholders from across the entire Criteo organization and the ability to manage a high volume of requests and projects while being detail-oriented and understanding toward a wide range of department goals.
You’ll be working closely with the Senior Global Campaign Manager, our Field Marketing team and Digital Marketing team across all markets globally, and you will need to be very comfortable with navigating different languages and cultures. There’s a lot going on every day in this role; it’s also an opportunity to work with multiple colleagues and learn about end-to-end processes for a wide range of event, design, social media, digital campaigns, and other Marketing projects. We are looking for a team player with a significant capacity to accomplish tasks and help to keep the Corporate Marketing team moving together towards their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the liaison between Corporate Marketing and internal stakeholders by managing all inbound Design, Content and Video, IMAX production requests.
Set up the projects for large Global Campaigns as directed by the Senior Global Campaign Manager. Support them in managing global launches, and the internal communication of those launch activities to Senior leaders
Build out execution plans for Global Campaigns, and define campaign structure and architecture with the Campaign Operations team
Ensure smooth transition for deliverables that move between teams, and ensure all the relevant information is available for the delivery teams
Guide stakeholders on completion of briefing documents, and maintain excellent communication for feedback and improvements on process issues
Be the POC for our outsourced Design services to ensure smooth delivery and approval of assets
Monitor and maintain the Corporate Marketing task dashboards for use in team weekly task review
Management of vendors and procurement processes for Corporate Marketing
Who You Are:Minimum 2 years of experience in campaign and project management, particularly asset production
Experience working in on online project management system, such as Click Up, Wrike, Asana or Monday.com.
Ability to take in large amounts of information, details and organize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience collaborating with graphic designers, content creators and video producers
Strong leader – not afraid to lead the charge when guiding multiple functions and contributors
Strong written & verbal communication skills. Fluent in English.
Knowledge around Design, Digital Marketing, Social Media creatives, and video production processes
Bonus Points For:
Prior work experience in commerce advertising / AdTech.
Familiarity with end-to-end Video Production project management.
Working in multiple languages or with localization functions
