Summary:

Execute event planning and logistics for meetings, trainings, and conventions. 

 

Primary Responsabilies:

 

Booking accommodation and transportation services: Arrange both individual and collective accommodation and transportation for company attendees at national and international conferences. Organization and assistance: Coordinate the contracted collective services and assist passengers during the trip. Negotiation with suppliers: Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best conditions. Service monitoring: Closely monitor the contracted services to ensure their quality. Application of preferential agreements: Apply the company’s preferential agreements with designated suppliers. Rate comparison: Compare market rates with corporate rates to choose the most beneficial option for the company. Service contracting: Contract the necessary services according to the company’s preferential agreements with the conference organizer. Onsite support /Travel: Travel to support the group on site when needed.

 

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma required Bachelors Degree preferred.  2-5 years experience in the travel industry highly preferred. Amadeus, Trams and ARC knowledge

 

Additional Skills:

Excellent Writtend and verbal communicaiton skills Detail oriented, focused and well organized. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with all members of the global travel department is essential.
