Job DescriptionServes as a professional nurse leader in coordinating the daily operation of assigned clinic and service line expert. Responsible for full staff management of assigned staff. Actively participates in departmental quality assessment and performance improvement programs, budgetary monitoring, staffing and the patient satisfaction/customer service activities. Ensures provision of quality care in the clinics and service line. Works under the direction of the Nursing leadership.
Minimum RequirementsBSN from an accredited nursing program or the equivalent in a combination of an ADN and relevant experience
One year of management experience required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Strong organizational skills required.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Outgoing person with high service orientation.
Sound judgment, sufficient to ensure the integrity of operations and to provide exemplary leadership in the development of teamwork among staff.
Considerable problem solving skills.
High degree of professionalism and personal presence.
Missouri nursing license as a registered professional nurse.
Completion of training as directed through orientation and/or by Leadership, Management or Educators in the established timeline for continued employment
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
3 years experience in a Behavioral Health clinical services environment
