About the Role:
This role would include working on Mettl’s SaaS platform and servicing Mettl’s clients by managing their operational work.
Location: Gurgaon
Duration: 11 Months Contract
Minimum Qualifications: B.Tech/BBA/MBA
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Onboarding new clients
Acknowledge and work on client service requests.
Understand blueprint and create assessments for clients.
Responsible for the delivery of all products and services for our clients, globally
End to end drive campus placement drive management
Offering real time monitoring and support to our clients.
Coordinate with Customer Success, Content Creation, Technology and other team
Using CRM Support Desk platforms like Zoho and Exotel
Minimum Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with cloud computing and SaaS platforms is a plus
