Description We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our client's law firm in Ambler, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be tasked with handling a wide range of responsibilities, from processing legal documents to managing case records and legal software. Responsibilities: • Handle and organize various legal documents using Adobe Acrobat and NetDocuments • Tax Planning for case management and tax planning tasks • Oversee calendar management and briefing schedules • Execute billing functions and oversee corporate accounting activities • Administer claims and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues • Maintain and update legal case records efficiently • Prepare annual tax reports using CCH Sales Tax. Requirements • Applicant must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal. • Knowledge of Case Management Software is vital. • Proficiency in Billing Functions is required. • Experience in Briefing is necessary. • Ability of Calendar Management is essential. • Applicant should possess excellent Communication skills. • Knowledge of Corporate Accounting is required. • Experience in Annual Tax is necessary. • Proficiency in NetDocuments software is a must. • Familiarity with CCH Sales Tax software is essential. • Knowledge and experience of CCH ProSystem fx - Tax Planning software is vital.
