Description We are partnering with an established Private Equity Firm based in Newport Beach, specializing in making significant investments in a range of businesses across various sectors. They are searching for a Corporate Paralegal to join their team! The role will be hybrid in their Newport Beach office, with 2 days on-site and 3 days remote. Responsibilities: + Prepare and manage board packages and materials to support Board of Directors meetings. + Assist in the preparation of paperwork related to corporate transactions and acquisitions. + E-file and execute all necessary documents. + Ensure all corporate proceedings are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. + Work closely with legal and management teams to support all aspects of corporate governance and transactions. Requirements Qualification: + Previous work experience as a corporate paralegal. + Familiarity with board work. + Knowledge of legal/management procedures.
