About This Opportunity InComm's in-house legal team supports and advises global business teams on matters impacting partnerships with some of the world’s best-known brands. As a Corporate Paralegal, you will provide support to our in-house Attorneys, General Counsel, and Deputy General Counsel. In our fast-paced operation, you will help with the execution of agreements, manage our contract database, help with registrations and filings and gain exposure to other areas of our global business. Responsibilities Review NDAs and coordinate for legal review as necessary. Handle contract execution process. Manage contract database. Handle corporate registrations and renewals for multiple corporations. Assist in the filing of regulatory documents. Review contracts for standard provisions as necessary for contract audits. Work with finance and account management teams to facilitate customer notifications in compliance with notice provisions. Work with appropriate teams to gather and provide confidential due diligence information as necessary. Provide legal proofreading to marketing team. Assist in the maintenance of corporate document files. Provide administrative support to multiple Attorneys, including clerical support, handling mail-related matters, and other routine administrative issues. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Proficient use of MS Office programs. Proficient use of electronic signature platforms (ex. DocuSign, Adobe Sign) 5+ years of paralegal and/or legal administrative experience. Experience dealing with litigation and/or governmental agencies preferred. BA or BS Degree preferred, but not required Notary in a local county. Ability to work effectively with others, pay close attention to detail, handle significant volume of work, be a motivated team player, and treat legal issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
