Corporate Payroll Analyst
The Corporate Payroll Analyst plays a critical role within the Payroll team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee compensation. This position collaborates closely with human resources, operations, benefits, equity, and payroll team members to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll related issues. Under direct supervision of the Supervisor, Payroll, the Corporate Payroll Analyst will be trained in maintaining compliance, improving payroll processes, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in employee pay administration. + Review and ensure accurate calculation of pay while understanding company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures. Participates in the audit and streamlining of payroll processing and in the implementation of system enhancements to improve payroll efficiencies. + Partner with HR and Operations in responding to team member payroll questions and concerns. + Handle payroll adjustments in a timely manner to ensure resolution of team member claims, compliance with governmental regulations and maximize employee level of understanding. + Ensure the accuracy of data through all HRIS and payroll systems. + Administer and reconcile garnishments/withholding orders. + Process empoloyee terminations, ensuring accurate final payments. + Administer manual payroll checks, voids, and adjustments as requested. + Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. + 1+ years of experience processing payroll. + Ability to communicate effectively with employees concerning payroll related issues. + Understanding of end to end payroll process in a multi-state environment. + Knowledge of Workday Payroll a plus. + Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. + All Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market, and operational factors. + Base Pay Range: $50,000 - $58,000. + Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation. + Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, 21 Days of Paid Time Off Per Year, 8 Paid Holidays, Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required). + An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies, and qualities that set our team apart.
