Your role and responsibilities:

Policy & Risk Management Review and handle corporate policies while developing new policies Identify potential risks to the organization’s strategy and developing plans to mitigate risks

Environmental Scanning Research and analyze trends, internal and external information related to the business to understand industry landscape and identify strengths and weaknesses. Governance Preparation and completion of all compliance requirements, monitoring and reporting Reports/Records Management/Logistics Consolidation and preparation of internal and external reports, progress and meeting minutes, etc. Prepare and support all logistics requirements for corporate meetings.
