Pricing Specialists are responsible for providing data analytic support to the Pricing Analysts, Pricing Manager, and VP of Pricing & Traffic.

Responsibilities Accurately log and distribute RFP’sReview and complete RFI’s from shippers and 3PL’sAnalyze shipment data sets and complete initial setup for cost analysisPrepare reports that show margins, revenue, costs, and pricing comparisonsProvide administrative support to the Pricing DepartmentAssist the VP of Pricing and Pricing Manager with special projectsVerify rate accuracy by auditing pricing post entry and ensuring compliance with published tariffsLog key metrics post publicationSupport the analysis of customer profitability, yield, and lane performance by compiling reports and data setsContinuously improve processes Qualifications Strong Excel / Data handling skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to communicate effectively with internal and external customersFluent in MS Office programsAttention to detail and accuracy in data entryFamiliarity with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Omni)Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsExperience in transportation or logistics is preferred but not requiredExcellent written and oral communication skills
