The Young graduate Project Engineer, with a mission and role defined according to the specific need of each project. Execute the missions entrusted to the different FGBU projects on time and with high quality. Collaborate with the analysis and functionality of the processes of the project area, to maintain control of them, in order to generate and follow up on the action plans of deviations against the defined indicators.
Collaborate with the correct execution of the strategy of the project area, supporting the areas in their needs and management of eventual risks.
Responsibilities
Execute specific missions in the projects that FGBU has in the LATAM region or other regions, ensuring continuous learning and growth. Execute tasks in the various stages of projects and depending on the technology and need of the Engineering, Health and Safety (H&S), Reporting and Planning, Construction and Comissioning departments. At the beginning of his training period, the training engineer will have specific assignments with a high focus on H&S Ensure the correct implementation of the GBU guidelines in each project, supporting the managers and specialists in their day to day work. Keep the relevant content of each of the projects updated, alongside the preparation of reports with data analysis and statistics, according to the defined KPIs. Collaborate with the implementation of projects of the area assigned, looking towards the improvement of processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor or academic background in Civil Engineering, Commercial/Business Engineering, Mathematics, Construction, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Sciences, Mechanics, or other STEM Careers. Necessary Stem degree Experience handling Microsoft Applications and tools. Interest in the business Generation, Transmission and Commercialization of Energy. Knowledge or great interest in project management in the different stages of execution. Advanced English level. We are looking for recent graduates (2 years of experience ad best, including internships and degree reports) The Young graduate project engineer will have a rotation scheme in the different projects and locations across Chile he/she is assigned to, with Specific mission during a total period of 3 years.
