Starting Salary: $110K This is a fully **remote** role but will need to travel to the site projects. **What you will be doing:** + Overseesmajorrenovationprojectsincludingbutnotlimitedto thedesign,procurement,and construction activities related to completing PIP’s (Property Improvement Plans); + CoordinatewithBrandRepresentativesto ensurerenovationandPIPscopeiscompletedinaccordance with brand and quality standards. + Oversee and directcapital expenditureswith the capital strategy program forthe company’s managed propertiesandotherassetswhere thecompanyhasassetmanagementresponsibilitiesconsistentwiththe planning and design goals and standards approved by ownership. + Directscontractorsandvendorstocompleteprojectsontimeandwithinbudget. + Utilizessystemstomonitorprojectperformanceagainsttheapprovedbudget,project schedulesandestablished quality control standards. + Maintainall capitalrecordsin an organizedandsustainableprocess, suchthatthewarrantyandpastpricing needs of the properties may be readily fulfilled. + Overseescoordinationofeachprojecttoensuretheconstructionprocessreflectsthe inputoftheowner,manager and appropriate department heads to optimize product performance, guest impact and life cycle cost. + Assistinthedevelopmentandimplementationofdesignandconstructionstandardsto ensure projectsare executed at appropriate levels of quality and satisfy brand and owner investment strategies. + Ensureseffectiveandappropriatecommunication ismaintainedbetweenthe managementcompany,property, brand partners and third-partyvendors. + Assist in the annual development of the 10 Year Capital Plan to satisfy owner investment and product developmentstrategiesto meetbrand requirementsforlicense renewal, standard changesand lifesafety. + Manage a work and interactions with vendors in accordance with Atrium’s Core Values + Anyandallotherworkasrequiredtocompletetheprimarypurposeoftheposition **Experience Required:** + 5+ years of experience managing the solicitation, contracting, procuring and permitting phases of product improvement and new build construction projects in the hotel sector or like industry. + Strong knowledge of National Hotel Brands product positioning requirements and future brand standard strategies as it relates to their design & technology improvements for brand families such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Starwood **Technology:** + Effective track record of utilizing + enterprise-wide software solutions for purchasing and capital project tracking \#li-remote __________________________________________________ When you’re an Atrium Associate, you’re a part of a crucial workforce providing the ultimate ‘Home Away From Home’ for our guests.
