NaphCare is seeking an Corporate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Special Projects to join our team at our Corporate Office located in Birmingham, AZ.
Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Psychiatry, the Corporate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Special Projects is responsible for ensuring that company goals and objectives are achieved in their assigned service delivery area by providing in-depth clinical chart and peer reviews to assure health care services are following the requirements of NCCHC, ACA, and professional healthcare standards. This clinical provider will assist with special projects for the corporate mental health team in an effort to improve patient care and clinical compliance across NaphCare’s facilities.

Responsibilities Evaluate site compliance with mental health measuresAssist the education department in creating up-to-date training videos and materialsMonitor for quality compliance concerns in health staff documentation or performanceAssist with site-level provider tasks that can be completed remotelyParticipate in telemedicine and provide clinical services as neededReview and complete referrals for corporate psychiatry from StatCareAssist in training providers on clinical standards of care and on-site dutiesAbility to communicate effectively with all staff levelsAbility to utilize multiple computer platforms for meetings or direct patient encounters (e.g., Zoom, TEAMS, Google Meets)Some travel requiredModerate utilization of computer software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
