What You Can Expect

Space Guidelines Ownership: Be the Marvell global space design subject matter expert (SME) to develop and enhance Marvell's Space Guidelines for property construction, ensuring spaces are thoughtfully designed to promote well-being and staff engagement.Design Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert for interior design, space planning, and site strategy across all Marvell locations.Brand Alignment: Collaborate with the Marvell brand team to implement consistent graphic and brand elements in all locations, ensuring corporate real estate signage aligns with Marvell's identity.Data Management: Oversee the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) space planning module, maintain accurate site metrics, and issue regular space utilization reports to inform strategic decisions.

What We're Looking For

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years in facility planning, design, construction management, or facility asset management.Technical Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD / Revit and familiarity with IWMS systems such as ARCHIBUS, MANHATTAN, PLANON, or TRIRIGA. or similarIndustry Knowledge: Understanding of space measurement techniques (e.g., BOMA, IFMA) and their applications.Analytical Skills: Strong process documentation abilities and a keen attention to detail.Communication Skills: Superior verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and solve problems effectively.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities with appropriate urgency.Flexibility: Willingness to commute to the office several days a week and travel internationally as required.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

104,220 - 156,100, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
