Project manage all capital construction projects within your region in accordance with PMP and Marvell best practices.Engage and manage international project management firms as the Marvell owner representative governing the projects.Facilitate and/or resolve planning issues identified in the customer planning meetings.Ensure planning is aligned with corporate guidelines, and that all scenarios maximize use of space.Recommend, educate and enforce space policies/standards, procedures and protocols.Participate in Audits (including financial, process, seat assignments, occupancy, vacancy, labs, & equipment.)Assist in developing site-specific planning strategies with Senior Leadership.Build and present building specific stacking/re-stacking plans.Report the current supply and capacity, and forecasts inventory changes for a rolling three-year timeframe.Responsible for working closely with various Corporate Real Estate & Workplace (CREW) teams and proving support, guidance, and oversight for projects from inception to completion.What We're Looking For
BS in Business, Real Estate or Construction Engineering with a PMP certification preferredMust be able to clearly articulate construction project requirements and outcomesOversee and lead multiple parallel projects in various time zonesAble to foresee and manage construction riskDemonstrable ability to lead change within an organizationService oriented program manager, and demonstrable experience in delivery of best in class customer serviceLead teams without direct hierarchy, Strong influence skillsMonthly travel as needed to work sitesExpected Base Pay Range (USD)
124,510 - 186,500, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
