ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Direct and manage full-cycle recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation & screening, interview process, and offer negotiations.Leader of a consultative recruiting planning session with key stakeholders to establish expectations, timelines for the recruiting process and create the desired candidate profileDevelop sourcing strategy and establish desired communication protocol with the hiring manager and HR teamExperience managing professional level requisitions (20+ open requisitions) in multiple locationsPassive recruitment – source, evaluate and qualify top talent utilizing Applicant Tracking System/CRM, Internet Databases, and LinkedIn RecruiterIdentify and leverage alternative sourcing methodsDevelop and utilize tools to manage candidates in the pipeline and effectively track candidates collected through various sources to measure the effectiveness of sources.Qualify candidates based on job requirements, and apply behavioral-based interviewing techniques to assess knowledge and cultural fitWork with hiring managers to identify the interview team as well as the behavioral-based competencies and interview questions that will be used for the interview processConduct interviews and facilitate the debrief session to make the final candidate selectionUpon selection, recommend and extend offers to candidates, work with the hiring manager, HR Business Partner, and Compensation Partners to review compensation data for offers. Coordinate all pre-employment checks and on-boarding processesConduct compliant applicant tracking for filled positionsServe as an integral part of the company team and as brand championStrong achievement drive, resilience, flexibility, and commitment to achieving goalsProfessional, organized, strong communications and presentations skills, ability to work within a fast-paced environment and develop relationships across the organizationConsistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Director of Talent AcquisitionProvide reporting and regular status updates to the Director of Talent Acquisition, and hiring manager as required.Lead the gathering and analysis of marketplace data related to the labor market, competitors hiring trends, new sourcing avenues, etc.Administer hiring processes to ensure adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), veteran’s hiring guidelines, and other government compliance requirements (OFCCP)
