As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who can help us find and hire the best talent to support our multi-state operations. What You'll Do: + Recruit, interview, and screen top candidates for hourly, team leader, and management roles across multiple states. + Travel up to 25% of the time to lead hiring sessions, attend recruiting events, and meet with hiring managers at various locations (all travel expenses covered). + Develop effective recruiting strategies and advertising programs to attract active and passive candidates. + Partner with hiring managers to provide feedback and improve recruiting processes. + Manage applicant flow using our Applicant Tracking System and track costs related to recruiting efforts. + Ensure compliance + Track turnover rates and recommend strategies to improve retention. What You Bring: + 2+ years of recruiting experience in the transportation industry. + Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint (bonus points if you're bilingual!). + A valid state driver's license and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time. + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. + A passion for finding the right fit and making a positive impact on our growing team. Physical Requirements: + Comfortable traveling by air, car, and other modes of transportation. + Ability to spend extended periods on the phone, in front of a computer, and communicating across multiple platforms. + Able to bend, twist, walk on uneven surfaces, and wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when needed.
