You Are:

UST is searching for a Corporate Recruiter who will consult with management on strategic and current staffing needs; help management identify hiring priorities and ensure timely hiring for open positions.

 

 

The Opportunity:

·       Source, screen, interview and prepare a diverse candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.

·       Create and maintain recruiting reports that show forecasting and recruiting metrics.

·       Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management anticipating business fluctuations and future openings.

·       Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.

·       Participate in process improvement and work to implement automation, best practices, and other strategies to ensure a best-in-class recruiting process.

·       Partner effectively with peers and cross-functional partners while understanding their unique needs.

·       Facilitate strong partnerships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

·       Acquiring the best-suited talent to meet the resourcing needs of the organization.

·       You will be the talent advisor for internal recruitment needs using talent market analysis, talent insights, and innovative sourcing techniques.

·       You will work closely with a variety of business stakeholders to forecast workforce plans.

·       This role will support all facets of the organization with an emphasis on technical and highly skilled roles throughout headquarters and field operations.

 

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What You Need:

·       Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience

·       4-7 years of corporate recruiting filing roles across all departments including information technology, data analytics, and finance.

·       ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.

·       Experience utilizing metrics to measure impact and achievement of defined service levels.

·       Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.

·       Experience utilizing talent market data and talent insights to influence and advise hiring teams.

·       Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

·       Experience communicating and partnering with Managing Director and Executive level staff.

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range:   $68,000-$104,000

 

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
