Camping World & Good Sam is seeking a driven, innovative Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with the hiring managers across multiple departments in our corporate offices including areas (e.g., Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Information Technology, Marketing, and leadership positions) to fill their open roles, build talent pipelines with top-tier candidates and anticipate hiring needs in an efficient and thoughtful manner. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will focus on associate and candidate experience, building relationships, and supporting the growing needs of the business. This position will be located in Chicago, IL and will work a hybrid schedule of three days a week in the office, and will report directly to the Director, Talent Acquisition.

Bachelor's degree and/or minimum of 1-3 years of full life cycle recruitingExperience in recruiting for corporate-level roles including technical positions.Previous experience working in an agency or search firm is preferred.Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and fair employment practices is a plusExperience in building relationships with community organizationsAbility to prioritize and manage time effectivelyStrong understanding of HR software solutions, including but not limited to: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and Human Capital Management (HCM).Physical Requirements:

Pay Range:
