YOUR TASKSManage the entire recruitment process, from creating creative campaigns to negotiating and drafting contracts with candidatesContribute to building a strong recruitment team and engage in projects related to employer branding and ATS improvementsCollaborate with hiring managers to optimize (recruitment) processesContinuously search for suitable candidates in the market and expand your network and relationships with themBe creative in your recruitment methods and find new ways to pleasantly surprise candidatesAct as a point of contact for questions about open vacancies and coordinate administrative tasks with the Recruitment CoordinatorDeveloping a strategic plan (in collaboration with colleagues from Sourcing, Marcom, HR) is familiar territory for youFocus on finding perfect candidates and contribute to other interesting projects, with team support

 YOUR PROFILEExperience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate role, between 1-5 yearsCreativity in finding the right candidates gives you an extra boost. You know how to think outside the boxYou are a connector who knows how to onboard people in the right environmentThe following qualities apply to you: communicative, proactive, structured, independent, creative, and results-orientedYou are ambitious and constantly look for ways to improve your working methods to be even more successfulPreferably, you have completed an education in a relevant field (HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing)Excellent verbal and written skills in Dutch and English
