We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to grow with our team! The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This position will play a key role in supporting our strategic vision. This position reports to the HR Director.
Responsibilities:
+ Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions. Identifies, contacts, and develops relationships with talent using various recruiting tools and methods (job boards, social media, job fairs, networking events, etc.
+ Collaborates with department managers to understand skills and competencies, and culture add required for openings.
+ Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
+ Screens qualified applicants against the job description through initial phone screening.
+ Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials; attends and conducts interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
+ Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
+ Registers for, attends, and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
+ Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in Talent acquisition.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.
+ 5+ years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
+ At least 3+ years of industry experience, preferred.
+ Familiarity with internet sourcing skills, such as Boolean search, and job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
+ SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, or other HR/Recruiting certifications are a plus.
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Excellent negotiation skills.
+ Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
+ Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects independently.
+ Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws, regulations and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
