Kimley-Horn is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our recruiting team in St. Petersburg, FL!  This is an in-office opportunity. 

Responsibilities

This role will help lead the efforts of experienced professional hiring across the firm. The qualified candidate will play an important role in the growth of Kimley-Horn.

Engage with the best external talent, and build candidate pipelines for active and passive candidatesDevelop tools for our firm to market the company as a best place to workManage and coordinate the recruiting program including: applicant tracking system, employee referrals, recruitment projects, initiatives, improvements, and provide updatesPromote our employee referral program internally Qualifications Associate degreeMinimum of 4 years of relevant Architecture Engineering Construction (AEC), or Professional Services recruiting experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills, as well as experience presenting to groupsAbility to travel as neededProfessional presence and charisma, with the ability to create strong working relationships internally and externally  Why Kimley-Horn?
