The Opportunity: We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team at Xactly Corporation. In this role, you will drive the recruitment of top-tier technical talent and play a critical role in building a strong talent pipeline, leveraging both active and passive sourcing strategies, and ensuring a seamless hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, is deeply familiar with technical hiring, and has a proven track record of using ATS platforms (preferably iCIMS) to optimize and scale recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Bangalore-based roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Leverage specific sourcing channels such as Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter, along with targeted outreach within local tech communities and professional networks. Engage with talent through industry events, employee referrals, and alumni groups to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Develop long-term relationships with passive candidates to build a sustainable talent pipeline. Utilize iCIMS or similar ATS to track candidate progress, optimize workflows, and ensure data integrity. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and deliver customized recruiting strategies. Represent Xactly at industry events, university recruiting programs, and tech meetups to enhance our employer brand. Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring success. Use hiring metrics and insights to drive improvements and report on key recruitment trends. Must-Have Skills & Experience: 5 to 8 years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or high-growth tech environments. Proven expertise in hiring for engineering, product, and professional services roles, with a strong understanding of technical skill sets and hiring challenges. Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (iCIMS preferred) to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows. Strong sourcing skills, with experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other passive sourcing tools. Ability to engage, assess, and close highly sought-after technical talent in a competitive market. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring seamless interview scheduling and recruitment operations. Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining a high hiring bar. Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
