JOB TITLE: Corporate Recruiter

\nJOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\n\tLocate qualified, potential applicants using databases or online job posting boards.\n\tCommunicate with potential applicants by phone, email, or in person.\n\tScreen resumes and interview candidates for various positions within an organization.\n\tCreate job announcements that list requirements for each job, such as desired work experience, education, and job skills.\n\tNegotiate contracts and placement fees. \n\tInvestigate referrals, references, and social media sources to formulate a well-rounded view of applicants.\n\tEstablish and maintain professional relationships with colleges and local organizations to participate in job fairs or networking events.\n\tPrepare attracting hiring packages and communicate with selected applicants to offer employment.\n\n
\nOTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\n\tOther duties can and will arise, and candidate should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.\n\n
\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\n\n\n\tCollege degree; HR degree preferred.\n\n
\nREQUIREMENTS\n\n\n\tSignificant recruiting experience for a high-volume organization, agency, or executive search firm strongly preferred.\n\tWillingness to use cold or warm calling methods to recruit or research potential applicants.\n\tFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and social media applications.\n\tExcellent analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data for strategic recruiting campaigns.\n\tA professional, courteous demeanor on the phone and in-person.\n\tAn impeccable public image, including on social media.\n\tStrong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships.\n\tAbility to work under pressure and to prioritize in a demanding, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.\n\tMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.\n\n
