In this role, you will provide essential support to the sales team at a rapidly growing Austin software company. The ideal candidate will approach their work with meticulous detail, owning the roles of tactician and strategist. You will review and develop a plan and schedule for the response, delegate elements of the response to team members, provide, complete and accurate content. Responsibilities:
Managing queue of vendor forms and questionnaires such as supplier information, sustainability, social responsibility and various corporate policies.
Preparing detailed corporate and supplier information responses within deadlines.
Coordinating efforts across various departments to ensure information is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Use, assemble and maintain accurate corporate content in various internal resources and databases.
Working across the SailPoint organization, accommodating of various time zones and languages.
Maintain proprietary requirements of content being shared and an understanding of public and private corporation regulations on sharing information.
Assisting DART (Deal Advancement Resources Team) with RFx and Security Assessments when requested.
Skills:
Ability to understand and become conversant in identity governance technology
Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills, patience and good judgment
Strong experience using various online portals (such as Ariba and Scout), databases and information systems (Loopio, HighSpot and Confluence).
Strong leadership, assertiveness and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and across departments.
Ability to deal with adversity and differing opinions.
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and prioritize and tasks in order to work on multiple projects in parallel and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Understanding of the sales process and business operations.
Experience Requirements:
2-5 years of project coordination, technical writing or other relevant experience
Previous experience working for a software company or in a related technical field preferred
Previous sales or business operations experience preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or four years of work experience in a similar role in a Communication, IT, business or sales related field.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):
$63,840 - $91,200 - $118,560Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.
