Overview

ISS STOXX is hiring! We are seeking a Corporate Responsibility Analyst to join the Corporate Responsibility (CR) team. The CR team is at the heart of ISS STOXX’s sustainability efforts, from calculating our carbon footprint and engaging with suppliers to ensuring compliance with sustainability regulations across the globe. Guided by the CORE Council, the CR team implements at the operational level the strategic decisions to drive ISS STOXX’s sustainability agenda.

As the Corporate Responsibility Analyst, you will support the CR team in executing our CR strategy. This includes the implementation and communication of relevant policies, the development of according to programs and targets as well as the revision and formalization of existing policies, programs, targets, and measures. You will collaborate closely with other teams, including HR, Corporate Services, and Procurement, to ensure that ISS STOXX meets its sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

The CR Analyst will support the CR Manager in the following projects:

GHG data collection and carbon foot printing- Data gathering in collaboration with internal stakeholders, select and apply adequate emission factors, and document processes for audit readiness at group level

Internal CR reporting - Regular internal newsletters to communicate the status and progress of our CR efforts (CORE Updates), regular internal newsletters on various sustainability topics (Sustainability Spotlights), and manage the CR SharePoint site

External CR Reporting - Annual ISS STOXX Sustainability Reporting and other CR related topic ISS STOXX reports, annual CR reporting based on external requirements (UNGC, Modern Slavery regulation, external ratings), and processing external stakeholder inquiries

ESG Vendor Risk Management - Risk assessment and engagement with suppliers to promote sustainable practices

Decarbonization Plan - Execution of initiatives aligned with our decarbonization strategy to reduce ISS STOXX’s carbon footprint

Conduct research and analysis on sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices. Based on personal qualifications, training, and interest the CR Analyst will be able to take over own project responsibility.

Qualifications

Training & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or sustainability-related field.

Minimum of 2 years job experience (including internships), ideally within the sustainability sector or a related field.

Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and standards (UNGC, TCFD, CSRD, GRI etc.) would be an advantage.

Affinity to data, including handling of complex data sets.

A proactive attitude, creativity and willingness to take responsibility and ownership of projects.

Preference of an independent and flexible working style.

Strong verbal and written communication skills (Fluency in English is essential).

Work Location & Schedule:

Amenable to work on a mid-shift role (2pm-11pm or 3pm -12am, Manila Time)

Amenable to work in Makati city on a hybrid work setup (3 days onsite per week)
