Corporate Retail Assistant

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (All or some of these duties will be performed)

Customer Service Calls/Administration Updates customer reviews through online system Review Push Updates customer complaints through the Better Business Bureau Updates and state issued complaints as needed Maintains & Audits electronic filing systems for customer files and recorded closes Updates customer records by entering dates of possession Maintains, files, & mails records of home collateral (MCO’s) as flooring is paid Maintains and Audits Retail Sales Associates License Scan and process documents as needed for record retention Supports other ad hoc projects, duties and tasks to support the Retail organization as assigned including general data entry and office duties.
