Corporate Sales Enablement Specialist II
The Corporate Sales Enablement Specialist II will play a critical role in the department by aiding all team initiatives and work to support new business and upsell opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead a pipeline of new/existing client projects as assigned by Manager with collaboration and oversightAid in the development of the approach and rationale for a multi-year, multi-property collegiate athletics partnerships for each brand prospectResearch and analyze a brand’s marketing efforts to identify/create activation opportunities that drive results against their objectivesSupport pricing exercises and analysis for new partnership opportunitiesCollaborate with colleagues across Partnership Solutions and other divisions of the company to identify the strongest offering (e.g., Product Marketing, Digital/Social, Partnership Management, Content, Insights, Graphics, etc.)Attend and recap calls with Sales and Partnership Management teams across project lifecycleKeep and meet key deadlinesSupport in the creation, maintenance, and updating of intro (“101”) sales materials for the National Sales and Partnership Management teams as needed (includes presentations, one-sheets, etc.)Develop skills and knowledge of LEARFIELD product categories, including traditional sponsorship assets (in-venue signage, promotions, etc.) and digital assets (social, programmatic, content, etc.)Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, activation best practices and new and emerging media marketing efforts

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university2+ years of experience sports marketing, agency, property, or other relevant entity experienceExcellent communication and organizational skillsHigh level of initiative with a support mindsetStrong focus on quality of work and attention to detailAble to collaborate well with othersResults-driven; willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish the goalAble to develop and maintain strong relationships across many internal departmentsStrong aptitude for learning; highly curiousMust demonstrate a high level of integrity and honestyDesire to build a long-term career in sports marketing, with a specific interest in digital and traditional sponsorship solutionsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
