About the Role

Under the Direct Sales Team, the Corporate Sales Executive shall be responsible in prospecting, proposing and presenting to Corporate Direct clients and identified segments the Company’s employee benefits program and follow-thru the proposals presented to new business sales closing.

1. Sales Prospecting

Handles generation of corporate leads thru different lead source materials (industry business yellow pages, social medial platforms, etc..)Approaches the identified corporate leads and facilitates initial contact with the identified authorized representatives.Conducts Know Your Client (KYC) of the prospected corporate client.

2. Proposal Preparation and Preparation

Communicates request to prepare sales proposal with CS Underwriter by submitting all necessary client information obtained during the KYC process.Communicates with Client’s authorized representative any inquiries/confirmation/information vital to complete the sales proposal.Presents generated Proposal to Client and obtains any request for enhancement/modification (if any).

3. Follow-thru Proposal Closing and Collection of New Business Documents

Follows thru Proposal confirmation/sign-off from Client.Ensures collection and completion of the necessary new business requirements and submission to CS Operations

4. Keeps track of the set individual monthly production target and ensures delivery.

5. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 

Graduate of a 4 year College CourseExperience - 2 to 3 years experience in sales and/or business development, experience in group insurance is a plus.Above average sales, presentation and negotiation skillsAbility to deal with different types and classes of peopleStrong communication skills
