Reports to: Assistant Manager Corporate Sales - Hong Kong
This role is part of a dynamic sales team focused on driving corporate growth and market expansion.
As a Corporate Sales Executive – Hong Kong, Your goal will be to achieve and exceed the agreed corporate sales targets through strategic and intelligent use of data. You will continuously seek to acquire new business opportunities and establish the brand in new markets while proactively negotiating and managing existing corporate accounts.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing strategies to achieve sales revenue targets; lead and coordinate multi-market deals with relevant stakeholdersInitiate and follow up on sales actions, actively seeking new business opportunitiesEngage in consultative selling techniques focused on acquiring high-value accounts; manage existing accounts to maintain and grow their value by understanding customer needsDrive prompt resolution of customer issues to ensure high satisfaction levelsDevelop and negotiate proposals with internal teams and respond to requests for proposalsConduct regular performance reviews, sales visits, and presentations to enhance opportunitiesSupport account managers with local operations to strengthen business relationshipsPromote new tools and technology to improve communication and efficiency in corporate travelParticipate in sales and marketing activities to maximize revenue opportunitiesLiaise with travel agents to create effective sales proposals that capture corporate spending; serve as an ambassador for the brand, maintaining strong relationships within the portfolioRequirements
3 to 5 years of experience in commercial salesStrong communication and interpersonal skills for influencing stakeholdersProven commercial acumen with numerical literacy and analytical mindsetSelf-motivated individual with the ability to work collaboratively and independentlyCapability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin preferredFamiliarity with sales tools for effective account management is advantageousStrong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environmentsAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleaguesEnthusiasm for continuous learning and professional developmentPersonal & Application Information
