Corporate Sales Manager

Is known for managing team of Account Managers to maintain and grow revenue, profit and volume, in line with company targets, from both new and existing corporate replacement and van accounts with annual revenue between $50k-$1M. Includes management and development of your own portfolio of clients with a base in Scotland and North of England.
**A Day in the Life:**
Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for the evolution of revenue within a specific Geography together with the management and development of our regional Account Management team.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Responsible for growth of revenue, with a focus on quality, growth and retention for country corporate, replacement, and van segments.
+ Monitor macro industry trends within car rental, travel industry and customer account verticals, to optimise Hertz position within accounts.
+ Collaborate with European sales and local teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and execution of revenue deliverables.
+ Take a short, medium and long-term view on existing contracts to ensure performance and growth.
+ Implements strategy for new & existing accounts
+ Manage and coach the team to enhance and broaden skills and behaviours to improve results and build relationships internally and externally.
+ Create an effective process to onboard, train, develop, and mentor the team to motivate and inspire them to engage with and deliver results.
+ Contribute to department performance by meeting key metrics such as revenue per day, contribution and margin, customer retention and acquisition
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of business-to-business sales environments, ideally with experience of the travel / car rental industry.
+ Significant proven experience of managing a sales team
+ Operates strategically and thrives on delivering results and is a strong people manager, who can develop a team to optimise results and simplify complex situations.
+ Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
+ Ability to influence
+ Confident and articulate in all forms of communication and is able adapt their style to suit each situation or audience.
+ Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems
+ Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset.
+ Excellent organisation, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.
