U-Haul Corporate Sales is seeking a highly motivated person to help grow our current business territories. This person will be responsible for the growth planning & implementation, education & relationship building with our field team and organizing & managing new account applications for two regional territories.

Basic responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
+ Assist new customers in all manners, including but not limited to application sign up, account activation and support
+ Customer service excellence
+ Manage corporate account questions, comments and concerns
+ Field all incoming calls and respond to voicemails in a timely manner
+ Complete any billing issues, adjustments and handle any issues that are forwarded to you by your manager.
Skills, Requirements & Qualifications:
+ To have an entrepreneurial spirit, take charge attitude and proven growth/success, in prior work, is a must
+ Proven history to quickly develop relationships, rapport and trust with individuals and teams
+ Ability to act and respond under pressure and do so with quality results and professionalism
+ Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
+ Enthusiasm to help without being asked
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ A desire to learn new things is essential
+ Microsoft Office Proficiency
