Stripe is looking for a Security Operations Program Manager to join our San Francisco team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and be responsible for leading security projects and programs that support Stripe's offices, employees, and business units. In this collaborative role, you will manage critical and interdependent projects that have a global impact. You will also partner with Regional Security Managers to implement enterprise standards that ensure physical security mitigations and processes are compliant. You will work cross-functionally within the Corporate Security team and other business teams to maintain Stripe's safety and security.
What you’ll do
Develop and maintain standardized security procedures, documentation, presentations, and departmental/regional safety & security metrics.
Manage and oversee physical security policies, procedures, and vendor contracts; participate in RFPs and QBRs.
Ensure physical security programs remain relevant by identifying emerging tools and maintenance lifecycles.
Track security projects, provide status updates, and identify/prioritize program deficiencies and improvement recommendations.
Collaborate with Stripe's business leads, workplace teams, and external business partners to ensure understanding of security requirements.
Participate in cross-functional long-term planning cycles and collaborate with business continuity, crisis management, and environmental, health & safety teams to ensure the validity of emergency incident and crisis response plans.
Responsibilities
5+ years' experience in physical security project management and/or security operations
Background in Physical Security Design, Physical Security Operations, and/or Construction Management
Experience in managing physical security projects or programs of various scales
Adaptable to changing security environments and technologies
Skilled in quantitative analysis and budget management (project or team)
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational skills, responsiveness, and leadership
Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time, potentially with short notice
