The Corporate team is enjoying a period of significant and sustained growth and in order to continue its growth trajectory, there is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join. As a part of this team, you will take ownership of some transactions as well as working closely with Partners as part of a local or national team on larger or more complex deals. The work within the team is very high quality and varied, spanning M&A, management transactions, venture and growth capital, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits. The team also has a growing practice advising listed clients on equity capital raisings on public markets. This role presents an unparalleled platform to assume responsibility and be part of a high performing team with exciting growth plans. There will also be plenty of opportunities to take part in business development activities. ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes: · Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE. · Experience gained within an established practice. · Strong technical skills and the ability to run transactions with limited supervision. · The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. · Experience of supervising junior team members is desirable but not essential. · A strong commercial acumen and willing to participate in business development.
