**Position Overview**
The **Corporate Services Coordinator** is a Greensboro-based position but will provide broad support across multiple constituents in both our Greensboro, NC and Lake City, FL locations. S/he is responsible for supporting the Executive Leadership Team with Operational items and Talent Acquisitions with defined administrative needs related to the new hire sourcing, hiring and onboarding processes, including direct involvement managing applicants within our Applicant Tracking Systems. As part of the role, s/he will also perform Talent Coordinator duties and must maintain confidentiality and compliance with company requirements to support the goals of the organization. Must be a team-oriented individual that can creatively troubleshoot and communicate with multi-facility team. This position reports in a dual capacity to the Director of Talent and the Human Resources leader for HAECO Americas.
**Specific Responsibilities:**
+ Corporate-related:
+ Onsite logistics with external customer, partner and HAECO visitors
+ Complex executive-level travel logistics for group meetings
+ Direct support to President, HAECO Americas for meetings, scheduling and administrative needs
+ Colleague tenure and recognition events
+ Administrative support where needed
+ Other duties as deemed necessary to support the broader business success
+ Talent-related:
+ Provide administrative and event support for Talent Management Team
+ Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition Team
+ Support of sourcing and hiring of candidates during interview and application process, including
+ Usage of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for updating records, data entry and other related candidate management
+ Responsible for coordination, ownership and reporting of candidate drug-screen process and results and other candidate background screens
+ Administrative support for Talent Acquisition job boards
+ Scheduling candidate interviews, travel and facility tours
+ Coordination of candidate background/drug screens and new hire paperwork
+ Submit weekly reports to employment offices advising of open positions, closed positions, and hires
+ Proactive management of supplies and HAECO content/assess for Talent team and colleague-related training
**Secondary Duties:**
+ Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
+ Support distribution of mail and incoming inquiries/faxes as needed.
**Job Qualifications:**
**Minimum**
+ High school diploma or GED and three years of administrative experience in a Human Resources position; or a 2 Year Degree in Human Resources or equivalent curriculum with administrative experience.
+ Strong proficiency in MS 365 Skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
+ Skilled in quickly learning systems, processes, and procedures.
+ Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting information
+ Excellent interpersonal skills needed.
+ Must have a general knowledge of employment and labor laws and compliance guidelines.
+ Must have good organizational and prioritization skills.
+ Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
+ Experience handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
**What you will bring to the team (preferred):**
+ Prior experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment
+ Exposure to end-to-end recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and ATS systems and processes
+ Interest in and/or exposure to the aviation industry
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
+ Occasional trips to the hangar areas may be needed to deliver correspondence.
+ Visual acuity must be a minimum of 20/40 corrected.
+ Normal office environment where approximately 75% of work is performed in a sitting position with the remaining time walking and moving around the office area.
+ Filing duties required typical bending, stooping, reaching, stretching, etc.
+ Normal or corrected hearing and vision are required.
+ Travel is occasionally needed to conduct company business.
+ Must be able to work assigned schedule with minimal absences.
