Corporate Services Delivery Manager

The Corporate Services Delivery Manager is responsible for leading operational change and mobilisation activities to ensure the effective implementation of change management objectives in alignment with our Corporate Services and Property strategy.
This role involves ensuring the smooth mobilisation from projects to business operations, maintaining good relations with key contacts, suppliers and building services teams and providing clear progress reporting to senior management. Working alongside the Property Change team, the role will be responsible for ensuring the seamless hand over between project completion to business operations integration and engaging the Contract Governance team to capture new contractual service obligations and SLA’s.
In addition, the role will be involved in the continued development of the Corporate Services strategy, integration of a new supplier model and alignment with Aviva’s values and property strategy.
A bit about the job:
Operational management of all mobilisation projects, ensuring the services are designed within the Corporate Services standards
Deliver creative solutions and information in a diverse environment
Working with the Senior Operations Manager in operational site mobilisations
Providing regular updates in accordance with Aviva’s reporting and governance frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Property, Security and Environmental) to design effective operational solutions
Analyse operational metrics and present actionable insights to senior management
Identifying and implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies
Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring optimal service delivery and team performance throughout the change process
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Proven track record of delivering mobilisation projects simultaneously across multiple locations, and proven track record in delivering tangible operational outcomes
Experience of working in a high-profile, customer focused environment
Strong risk awareness and governance compliance awareness
Experience of managing effective strategic stakeholder relationships
Innovative management – continuously seeking better ways that adds value to colleagues and customers

Salary Circa £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
