What you’ll Do

As the Corporate Systems Analyst you will support the existing HR and ERP systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The main responsibility of this role will be to provide BAU System Support, Change Control Support and Ad-Hoc Project Support. Our current system landscape includes Oracle HCM & ERP, Dayforce (HR, ERP & Payroll), UKG Workforce Ready/Kronos (Time & Attendance), Salesforce (CRM/Customer Master), and ServiceNow (Ticketing & Query Management).

What Experience and Education You Need

Essential: Systems experience: HCM Oracle or Kronos. Desirable: Dayforce would be advantageous Intermediate Excel Skills Minimum 4 years’ experience in an administration role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong technical troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach. Prior experience as a functional member with mid to large scale HR technology projects for system upgrades, enhancements, and working on cross functional project team Industry background is flexible, experience in HR systems support is key Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals Ability to pay close attention to detail. Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to solve complex problems. Must have a very strong customer service orientation with a high sense of urgency in meeting objectives and deadlines.

Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks May require travel by automobile and aeroplane for business May require visits to warehouse operations in temperatures at or below freezing
