This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: Sales Enablement Delivery Specialist to join our team in Manila. In this role, you will collaborate with the wider revenue Enablement teams and leadership  to spearhead delivery of sales and product content to our teams based in both the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions ( with an appropriate timezone coverage ) and equipping our sales force with the essential soft skills and product knowledge required to succeed. Your main objective will be to accelerate ramp times, improve performance, and continuously evolve our sales teams to be the best employees they can be and  to meet the changing needs of our diverse sales team and business segments across the International region.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in: 

Content Delivery: Working closely with the wider enablement team and trainers, deliver comprehensive and adaptable content that caters to various roles and business segments within the organisation. These programs should be designed to equip revenue employees  with the necessary sales skills, product knowledge and personal development to execute in the market, delight our customers and partners,  grow their career and contribute significantly to their success. Here you will leverage your great presentation and group facilitation skills to maximise learning and engagement.
 

Content Creation: Part of this role will allow you to use your creativity and design skills to develop and produce content that is tailored to your audience whilst working alongside your colleagues in Enablement as well as having a multitude of stakeholders in other departments to support you. This can be across a number of mediums from presentation to video and AI/animated content.
 

Tracking of projects & updating deliverables : Training is only the beginning, executing and ensuring learners complete their enablement and implement the skills is key to success. Stay updated with industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices. Continuously evolve the sales enablement program to stay ahead of the competition and adapt to changes in the market as well as managing the execution into the revenue teams.
 

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, product management, marketing, and HR, to align training and enablement strategies within RingCentrals local and global business objectives.
 

Sales Skills Development: Identify critical soft skills required for effective selling, such as communication, relationship-building, active listening, objection handling, and negotiation. Working with the wider Enablement organisation leverage and develop training materials and workshops to enhance these key skills within the sales team.

Product Solutions Training: Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to develop in-depth training modules for our product solutions that enable the sales team to articulate the value proposition of our products to potential customers.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 

Proven experience in training and delivery, sales enablement experience is a bonus, sales training, learning and development roles or a similar role within a fast-paced sales environment.

Excellent understanding of what good delivery and design looks like from an employee training prospective.

Strong grasp of curriculum development and instructional design.

Familiarity with various sales enablement tools and technologies is desirable.

Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve sales performance is desirable.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

A collaborative and adaptable mindset with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Proven track record of successfully implementing training programs that led to measurable improvements in sales performance.
