You’ll be part of the Corporate Training Team that’s responsible for team member onboarding, escape rooms, team building activities, technical, soft skill, and continuous improvement courses. You will also be responsible for helping to spearhead Training Team events such as Captains Camp, P5 (continuous improvement training), and Kids Day. We’re looking for a trainer who is passionate about training, and developing our team members, UWM’s role in the lending process, our organization, and what sets us apart from our competition. You’ll be responsible for participating in the course’s design, development, facilitation, and maintenance of course materials directly relating to the above-mentioned areas. The focus for this role will be on facilitating training to the areas of the organization we support, identifying additional training needs, working closely with Training Coordinators and Instructional Designers regarding training materials and resources, as well as working closely with those areas of the business we support.
