- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of transactional and contract drafting experience

- Experience with M&A deals and related due diligence is a plus

- Position will draft and negotiate stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, joint venture documents, sales agreements, and various other contracts.

- The firm has an 1800 billable requirement, hybrid set up, and compensation between $140-170k.
