We will train you to manage travel requests for Medpace Global associates and our affiliates on-site at our office in Cincinnati, OH. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities Assists with financial reconciliations of payment cards, virtual payment accounts and financial reporting in relation to travel expenses;Reviews data and creates ongoing reporting for the travel department utilizing Microsoft Office applications;Coordinates timely invoicing of designated vendor partners (Hotels, Rental Cars, Rail, etc.) to ensure travel expenses are not overdue;Assists in the annual RFP process for vendor negotiations for the Global Travel Services Department in partnership with Travel management;Participates in department meetings, and assists with taking minutes and tracking to-do items for the Travel team;Supports the Global Travel Services Department with general administrative tasks as assigned;Maintain compliance with applicable SOPs and policies; andMay be responsible for other projects and/or tasks as assigned.This will be an office based position in Cincinnati, OH Qualifications Previous work experience in Corporate Travel is preferred; Administration or Accounting experience is requiredPrevious experience using Sabre is preferred but not requiredHigh level of customer service is required, appropriate phone etiquette, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail are very important;Experienced with Microsoft Office 365 products, with advanced skills/understanding in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint;Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, well organized and able to work both independently and in a global team environment;Demonstrated ability to quickly interpret policies and apply learned procedures and principles in the performance of core job duties;Strong technical skills.
