Corporate Travel Director
**Job Description** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Director to oversee the Corporate Travel function for BAE Systems Inc. (US). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term strategies for employee travel, focusing on Duty of Care, cost control, and service enhancements. This role will also involve identifying and reporting travel program spend and key performance indicators to drive business value and financial performance. **Key Responsibilities** + Develop and implement travel risk management, crisis management, and business continuity plans + Allocate resources to support travel program initiatives andactivities + Analyze and report travel spend to ensure alignment with company objectives and policies + Track and report travel metrics to identify cost-control and saving opportunities and provide actionable insights to senior management + Manage and track travel expenditures to ensure employees operate within approved guidelines + Direct internal Travel staff and outsourced travel agency to provide best-in-class service to internal customers + Review and recommend changes to business travel policy based on industry best practices and new technologies + Communicate travel policies, processes, and program changes to travelers and provide guidance and support + Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost savingsopportunities + Oversee administration of corporate online travel booking tool and T&E webportal + Collaborate with Procurement to negotiate supplier contracts and drive best value from travel suppliers + Monitor travel supplier compliance with organizationalpolicies + Establish and prioritize key travel program initiatives to align with company objectives and implement strategic plans to achieve specific goals + Communicate travel program strategy to organizational management and keystakeholders + Cultivate relationships with internal resources to identify and recommend corporate travel-related process improvements and cost saving opportunities + Benchmark program against industry competitors and best practices and take action accordingly + Collaborate globally with BAE Systems Travel Teams to ensure spend is being leveraged, and best practices and policies are shared where applicable **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's degreerequired + 12 years of Procurement / Supply Chain experience; with 10 years in a Corporate Travel role + Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), Global Leadership Professional (GLP) certification + Excellent communication and project managementskills + Good judgment and businesstact + Excellent stakeholder management and relationship buildingskills + Business and financialacumen + Strong negotiationskills + Strong analytical and problem-solvingcapabilities + Effective time management and organizational skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines + Highly motivated and results-oriented **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $135556 - $230444 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
