Kforce's client, a health care services company headquartered in New York, NY, is seeking a Corporate Treasurer leader (VP or Director level). Duties will include: * Build cash flow monitoring and forecasting tools and processes * Embed all core Treasury processes in the management of cash, working capital and financial risk management * Actively manage the company's liquidity forecasting process ensuring its accuracy and timeliness * Manage daily activities/borrowing needs to facilitate an efficient use of cash * Lead evaluation of efficiency initiatives * Develop, maintain and monitor treasury operational policies and procedures ensuring a robust control environment * Automation of the banking platform and facilitate operational efficiencies * Support the daily and monthly close process * Ensure accurate and timely processing of wire/ACH payments and Letter of Credit/Bank Guarantees administration * Analysis of weekly/monthly/quarterly variance to forecast/budget
