As a Senior Associate, you will join this team to grow a new area of focus related to evolution in the payments and digital assets industry. This team will be responsible for establishing an in-house expertise to influence industry regulation as well as new JPM product offerings. You will be expected to provide an excellent opportunity to an individual interested in the future of payments and digital assets, changing regulatory landscape and its impact on the financial industry. **Job responsibilities:** + Gather and analyze data and industry whitepapers to establish in-house expertise and well-informed views to influence industry regulation as well as new JPM digital product offerings. + Partner with several internal groups, including regulatory affairs, government relations, treasury policy, liquidity management, risk, and business, on matters related to Payments & Digital assets. + Develop and maintain a deep understanding of JPM's digital asset platform and new products offering along with insights on other competitor products. + Contribute to the creation of data strategy and standards to develop centralized monitoring of liquidity impact from the growth in JPM digital asset offering. + Adapt to the evolving regulatory and product landscape as we continue to play a pivotal role in managing through risks emerging from fast-paced growth in these industries. **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:** + Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or engineering, or similar quantitative field preferred + Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with attention to detail + An organized self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple projects, and bring projects to closure. + Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners across J.P.
